Responsibilities:
- Blockchain Strategy: Develop and drive the blockchain strategy to align with our company’s vision and goals.
- Architecture Design: Architect and design blockchain solutions, focusing on the the technical design and integration of exchange components and consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all blockchain implementations meet rigorous security and compliance standards, especially in the financial services sector.
- Scalability: Create and optimize blockchain solutions for high availability and scalability to meet growing demands.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the blockchain development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate their potential for implementation in our platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in blockchain architecture and development.
- In-depth knowledge of exchange architecture, including order matching algorithms, market data dissemination, trade surveillance, and connectivity protocols.
- Profound knowledge of blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
- Strong experience in implementing and securing blockchain solutions in a production environment.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in the blockchain and financial services space.
